What is dano.pk’s Exchange/Replace policy?
dano.pk offers its customers a ‘7 DAYS EXCHANGE/REPLACE SERVICE’ wherein you can raise the exchange/replace request of a product within 7 days of its delivery.
Is There Any Charges On Exchange/Replace Any Defected Product?
No! there is no charges on exchange/replace for products that are faulty or defected in anyway. Our customer care center is there for you 24/7, you may contact them through WhatsApp, send them the details on WhatsApp i.e. your name, images of faulty product, description about product’s fault and your contact number, they will soon contact you and exchange/replace your parcel within 7 working days without any cost.
Note: If u want to exchange/replace faulty products, you will have to send the product first to our official address and after receival of your product, our officer will call u and then send your parcel to your designated address.
If We Don’t Like the Products Then How We Exchange/Replace Them?
dano.pk had built its policies very flexible for its customers, If any of our valuable customers don’t like our products or want to order any other product from our website in place of the order that they already got, They will have to first send the received product to our official address and after we receive the product our officer will communicate with you and ask you for the other product by which you want to replace your first order and will send the selected product to your address provided. Replacement can be made within 7 working days. For this type of Replacement/Exchange, Rs:250/pkr will be charged.
Note: Products that you Replace/Exchange must be in their original condition and packaging. Products once used cannot be exchanged in any manner.
Is There Any Refund Policy On dano.pk?
Products delivered may not be refunded. However, you may exchange, replace as per our Exchange / Replacements Policy.
